Pressed broken cassia is the same new-crop, grade A pressed bark as our whole pressed cassia, supplied in broken pieces. Powder and admixture are removed, admixture is 0.5% max and moisture 12% max.
Broken pieces can be used for grinding or simmering rather than sold whole.
