Our dehydrated garlic range
Dehydrated garlic flakes. Sliced and dried garlic in a 1–3 mm specification, with root or without root. Flakes are used where visible pieces matter, or as raw material that the buyer mills in-house.
Garlic granules. Light-yellow granules in five screen sizes: 5–8, 8–16, 16–26, 26–40 and 40–80 mesh. The coarser cuts (5–8 and 8–16 mesh) look like minced garlic in a blend. The finer cuts (26–40 and 40–80 mesh) flow well in shaker and sachet products.
Garlic powder. Pure dehydrated garlic powder, milled to 80–100 mesh or 100–120 mesh, for buyers who need garlic flavor without visible particles. We supply bulk garlic powder to spice blenders and food factories that repack or reformulate it.
Fried garlic. Fried garlic chips and granules, 8–16 mesh (1–3 mm), yellowish in color, made in Shandong.

Applications
Garlic powder and fine granules are staples in seasoning blends, snack coatings, instant-noodle sachets, dry rubs, soups and sauces. Coarser garlic granules and dehydrated garlic flakes are used in marinades, dressings, pickles and ready meals, where the garlic should stay visible after hydration. Fried garlic granules give a crisp, toasted topping for noodle dishes, rice dishes and savory snacks. Blenders who also buy paprika or chilli from us can source several spices from one supplier.
Quality and testing
Every garlic lot is checked in our on-site laboratory, which is equipped for microbiological and physical-chemical analysis. Our traceability system links each finished carton back to its raw material, with inspections at each processing stage. Moisture is held to 6% max, and garlic powder and granules are offered in grades A, B, C and D.
For garlic, microbiological, aflatoxin and pesticide-residue limits are agreed per contract against your destination market's rules. A batch COA and third-party laboratory reports can be requested. Certificate copies are confirmed on inquiry.
Packing and container loading
Dehydrated garlic powder and granules are packed in 25 kg export cartons, each holding two 12.5 kg aluminum-foil bags to keep moisture out. Garlic flakes ship in 20 kg cartons with a double plastic inner bag, and fried garlic in 20 kg cartons with a foil inner bag. Other outer packs and private-label packing can be made to order. Typical loading for dehydrated garlic is about 18 t per container for powder (720 cartons) and about 17.5 t for granules (700 cartons); flakes and fried garlic loading is confirmed in your quotation.
