garlic powder
pure garlic powder
Product Description
Pure garlic powder in two mesh ranges
This product is dehydrated garlic powder, pure, milled to 80–100 mesh or to a finer 100–120 mesh, and dried to 6% max moisture. Grades A, B, C and D are available; the grade for your order is confirmed in the quotation. Origin is China. The HS code shown on this page is 0712905090, which is already live on the product record.
Mesh is the main choice to make. 80–100 mesh is the usual grind for dry seasonings, rubs and bakery mixes. Buyers of sauces, dressings, soup bases and snack coatings often ask for 100–120 mesh. Both ranges share the same moisture limit and packing style; only the grind changes.
Related cuts in the garlic line include granules and flakes. For a coarser free-flowing cut see dehydrated garlic granules; for flake form see garlic flakes. Carton and HS details are also set out on our dehydrated garlic powder page. Overview of the garlic range sits on the garlic category page.

Packing and container loading
Two 12.5 kg aluminium-foil bags go into each carton (25 kg net per carton). Outer carton style can follow your order; confirmed in your quotation when markings or liner details differ from the standard pack. Keep cartons dry and closed so the 6% max moisture holds through storage and transit.
A container takes about 18 t of dehydrated garlic powder, or about 720 cartons. That loading figure is for this powder SKU. Granules on the related page load about 17.5 t; do not mix the two figures when you plan a mixed garlic container. Fresh garlic loading (25–28 t) belongs to fresh-garlic pages, not this powder page.
Choosing between 80–100 and 100–120 mesh
Pick 80–100 mesh for spice mixes, rubs, sausage seasonings and bakery mixes where a standard dry-seasoning grind is enough. Pick 100–120 mesh when the powder must disperse in sauces, dressings, soup bases or snack coatings. If you are unsure, ask for a free 200 g sample in the mesh you plan to buy (freight paid by the buyer) and run it in your own recipe.
Grade A–D selection is per customer requirement and confirmed in your quotation. Tell us the end use (dry mix vs wet application), target mesh and any packing mark you need so the quotation matches one grade and one mesh. For order and sample questions that apply across products, see the FAQ page.
MOQ, lead time and samples
MOQ is 5 tons; stock items carry no MOQ. Lead time is about 1 week after order confirmation. Garlic powder samples of 200 g are free; freight is paid by the buyer.
