Crushed chilli without seeds, 8–12 mesh
This crushed chilli (crushed red pepper) is made from dried red chilli with the seeds removed, then cut to 8–12 mesh. Taking the seeds out gives an even red product made of chilli skin, without the pale seeds you see in a with-seed grade.
Color is listed at 140 ASTA, and you can choose one of two heat levels: 8,000–10,000 SHU or 20,000 SHU.

Seedless crushed chilli is used where buyers want visible red pieces without seeds: retail seasoning blends, sausage and meat seasonings, marinades, and sauces where seeds would look like a defect. It also suits shaker products where a uniform red appearance matters.
MOQ, lead time and samples
MOQ is 5 tons; stock items have no MOQ. Lead time is about 1 week after order confirmation. A free 200 g sample is available to check particle size and heat, with freight paid by the buyer.
