chilli powder
kimchi chilli powder(with seeds,without seeds,15% seeds)
Product Description
Kimchi chilli powder (gochugaru style), 10–60 mesh
Our kimchi chilli powder is a coarse, gochugaru-style red pepper powder made for kimchi, Korean sauces and marinades. It is ground to 10–60 mesh, much coarser than our 70 mesh chilli powder, so it gives a flaky texture and visible color in a paste.
You can order it with seeds, without seeds, or with a 15% seed share. Heat is listed at 10,000–35,000 SHU, or to your own target.
