paprika powder 140ASTA

Product Description

Paprika powder 140 ASTA, a strong red for coatings

Our 140 ASTA sweet paprika powder sits in the middle of our 60–220 ASTA range. It is ground to 60–80 mesh and held at 10% max moisture.

This grade is often the point where paprika starts to drive the color of a finished snack or sauce rather than just tinting it.
