Yidu is a Chinese dried chilli variety sold as short red pods. Our stemless Yidu measures 5–7 cm, is listed near 10,000 SHU and is dried to a 15% moisture maximum, with stems taken off before packing.
If you prefer to remove stems yourself, the same pod is available with stems.
