Stemless Chaotian dried chilli, ready to use
Our stemless Chaotian chilli (also called Facing Heaven chilli) is a short whole pod of 5–7 cm with the stem already removed. It is listed at about 10,000 SHU and dried to 15% maximum moisture.
Because the stems are off before packing, the pods can go straight into milling, oil infusion or cooking without a de-stemming step at your plant.

Packing and container loading
Pods are packed in compressed woven bags or in cartons. Loading depends on how the pods are packed: about 12 t per container uncompressed, or 22–25 t when compressed. Tell us which you need and we price it that way.
What buyers make with stemless Chaotian chilli
Chaotian pods are a common choice for chili oil, hot-pot soup bases and Sichuan-style dishes, where whole short pods are fried or simmered. Spice processors also buy them as raw material and mill them into chili powder or crushed chilli. Restaurants and repackers use them whole.
MOQ, lead time and samples
Dried chilli is sold by the container: MOQ is 1 container, and stock lots have no MOQ. Lead time is about 1 week after order confirmation. A free 200 g sample can be sent to check heat and appearance; freight is paid by the buyer.
