paprika powder 80ASTA
Product Description
80 ASTA paprika powder for flavor-led blends
80 ASTA is one of the lower color grades in our sweet paprika powder line, which runs from 60 to 220 ASTA. It is milled to 60–80 mesh and dried to 10% maximum moisture.
This grade suits recipes where paprika is there mainly for its sweet pepper taste and a moderate red tone, and where a high color value would add cost without being needed.
